Trade association contracts Ignite HCM for payroll backup & support
America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) is a national trade association that advocates for public policies that expand affordable healthcare coverage. Thousands of members look to AHIP for education and information on the changing health care system
To meet the association's requirements we recommended Ignite PRODUCTIVITY with Payroll Backup.
The process was as follows:
Observe: one or two payroll processing's.
Discuss: processes, workflow. recommendations and FMLA compliance reporting.
Design: emergency back-up protocols and FMLA compliance reporting.
Deploy: documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll and wrote customer reports to support FMLA reporting requirements.
Support: provide on-demand ADP client support on an ongoing basis.
Return: bi-annual discussion to review ADP’s new offerings and association priorities.
Next, we submitted paperwork to ADP Client Services authorizing us to speak to them on behalf of AHIP should we be required to put the backup plan into action or open client services cases on their behalf. As part of their subscription, AHIP is entitled to up to three hours of on-demand consulting support each month – these have been used to provide quick turnaround on retirement funding questions as well as configuration of the ADP Applicant Tracking module.
